Ronald M. Kelch, PTA, MS, JSCC

Ron began Atlantic Rehab, Inc. February 14, 2000. He has been in physical therapy since 1996. He has had advanced training in manual therapy techniques such as strain-counterstrain, myofascial release, cranio-sacral therapy, muscle energy techniques, neuro mobilization, joint mobilization among many others. He holds a Master's degree in exercise science and has been training in various forms of movement re-education including a residency on shoulder rehabilitation. Ron was among the first eight in the country certified through the Jones Institute in Strain-Counterstrain (JSCC) and is the only certified practitioner in Maryland. He has assisted in teaching many classes of Strain-Counterstrain across the country. He is currently studying Fascial-Counterstrain through the Jones institute. He brings a vast knowledge of exercise and fitness and is a certified strength training specialist (STS) by the International Weightlifting Association. He is a baseball enthusiast and enjoys weight training and spending time with his family in Severn, MD.

Mark L. Miller, PT

Mark Miller is a 1985 graduate from University of Maryland at Baltimore physical therapy program. He has been with Atlantic Rehab since 2003. He currently utilizes manual therapy techniques and exercise to treat musculoskeletal problems. Since having completed the training programs for Jone's Strain-Counterstrain, McKenzie Approach, Stanley Paris's approach to Joint mobilization, as well as Muscle Energy, and other joint and soft tissue approaches. He is currently taking course with IPA for soft tissue manipulation, He has worked in a variety of settings including: Sports Medicine, work hardening, and chronic pain management. His background includes being a competitive figure skater and recreational downhill skier. He currently enjoys studying the guitar and spending time with his wife in Towson.

Michael Blondell, PT, OCS, MTC

Mike is a 1985 graduate from University of Maryland school of physical therapy. He is an orthopedic certified specialist by the board of physical therapy specialties. He is also manual therapy certified through the University of St. Augustine. Mike came to Atlantic Rehab in 2016 after he was previously treated here for injuries sustained in a car accident. Mike has a very diverse background in P.T. and is very well trained in the field of manual therapy. Mike has been concentrating on strain-counterstrain the last few years as he has been taking many classes and is set to take several upcoming classes to further his education in that field of manual therapy. Mike is also a Pilates instructor. He enjoys spending family time training dogs in Towson.

Jennifer Price

Jennifer is our office manager and is our "go-to" person for everything. She will coordinate your insurance benefits and scheduling. The whole process starts with Jenn and if you have any questions she will be more than happy to make your entire experience go as smoothly as possible. In her free time, Jenn enjoys spending time with her daughter in Glen Burnie.

Brittany Vecchioni

Brittany works the evenings for us and does a great job of coordinating the schedule and assisting in coordination of insurance benefits. Brittany has a background in medical billing. Brittany is from Glen Burnie and enjoys spending time with her kids.
