We also accept self pay patients. Payment methods include: cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, & Discover. If you do not see your insurance listed please call our office as we are always negotiating with new insurance contracts.

Since many insurance companies are changing policies, please call our office to verify that we do, indeed accept your insurance. As a courtesy to our patients, we also verify insurance benefits and assist in the referral coordination. However, we encourage you to verify your physical therapy benefits with your insurance company prior to your visit. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment. We also will bill secondary insurance when available.
